Privacy notice · July 2026
Private information deserves a private practice.
What we collect
We collect only the details you choose to provide through an invitation request, House Notes subscription, or partnership enquiry. We do not ask for net worth, asset ownership, dietary information, or identity documents at the public-interest stage.
Why we use it
We use invitation details to consider and respond to requests; correspondence details to send House Notes; and partnership details to evaluate and respond to commercial enquiries. These purposes remain separate.
Who receives it
Saudade does not sell personal information or provide raw guest lists to partners. A name or introduction is shared with another party only when the people involved have mutually agreed or when required for confirmed safety and operating procedures.
Retention & security
Public form information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, relationship history, legal obligations, and reasonable operational records. Access is limited to people who need it for House curation, operations, or compliance.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from House Notes. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect an invitation request already under consideration. A private contact channel for these requests will be included in every correspondence sent by the House.
Photography
Photography preference is requested separately after confirmation. Identifiable editorial use is not a condition of attendance. Guests may request no photography, atmosphere-only documentation, or expressly approved identifiable use.
Current scope
This notice applies to the founding season and will be updated when the House changes its operating practices, service providers, or jurisdictions. Material changes will be dated on this page.
